TAYLOR, Judge.

During the period at issue in this law suit, plaintiff Falcon Steel Company, Inc. [Falcon], was covered by a comprehensive general liability policy issued by defendant, Maryland Casualty Company [Maryland]. During that period Falcon was a subcontractor engaged in the steel erection work at the Evans-Pitcairn Building, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On July 3, 1972, an employee of DIC Concrete Corporation, another subcontractor on the job, was killed in a fall from the structure.
