STEWART, Circuit Judge:
In this voting rights case, Willie J. Rollins and Ervin 0. Grice, plaintiffs-appellants, appeal the district court’s judgment that they failed to prove that the at-large voting system used in the Fort Bend Independent School District dilutes the voting strength of' black voters under section 2 of the Voting Rights Act and under the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution. They also appeal the district court’s denial of then-motion to supplement the record with evidence of the May 1994 election occurring after trial but before the district court rendered its judgment.…
