OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

David Walter Crawford was convicted on one count of intrafamilial sexual abuse, a violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.3642, subd. l(2)(e) (1984). On appeal, he argues that discovery rules were violated because the prosecutor did not disclose that he had interviewed witnesses who refused to be interviewed by defense counsel and did not disclose information obtained through those interviews. Appellant contends that as a result of the prosecutor’s failure to make such disclosures, he was denied due process of law and a fair trial. We affirm.
