Defendant, Stephen L. King, convicted of first-degree murder of Donald Lewis Ehrlichmann and aggravated robbery of dece dent, contends on this appeal from the judgment of conviction that (1) there was insufficient evidence to support the jury’s verdicts of guilt, (2) the trial judge erred in admitting crucial identification testimony, and (3) the trial judge erred in denying defendant permission to inspect certain police reports, one of which defendant asserts contained material information favorable to his defense.
