This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Docket No. 44) filed by Defendants 4UMD, LLC, David Becker (“Becker”), Bill Kottas, Sr. (“Kottas”), Scott Holmes (“Holmes”), and Matt MacIntyre (“MacIntyre”).
