Plaintiffs Eric Faulkner, Dunpan Faure, Alan Longmuir, and Stuart Wood, former members of the Bay City Rollers, (together “Plaintiffs” or “BCR”) brought this action alleging non-payment of tens of millions of dollars in unpaid royalties from their record company, defendant Arista Records LLC (“Defendant” or “Arista”) pursuant to a 1981 agreement. The Complaint alleged four separate counts of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, constructive trust, and an accounting. See Complaint [dkt. no. 1].
