Claimant Ramona Coates appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County) affirming the decision of the Maine Employment Security Commission denying her claim for unemployment benefits. The Commission determined that she was, under 26 M.R.S.A. § 1193(1)(A), disqualified from receiving benefits, on the ground that she had left her “regular employment voluntarily without good cause attributable to such employment,” the disqualification to continue “until claimant has earned $200.” Claimant asserts that the Commission’s finding of “voluntary quit” was…
