Saab Cars USA, Inc. (“Saab” or “appellant”) appeals from two judgments of the Court of International Trade (“CIT”) affirming, in part, decisions of the United States Customs Service (“Customs”) denying Saab’s protest of decisions denying duty allowances for defective imported automobiles.
