The defendant, Anthony C. Gooden, appeals from the judgment of conviction, following a jury trial, of one count of possession of narcotics in violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (a), one count of possession of narcotics with the intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (b) and two counts of sale of narcotics by a person who is not drug-dependent in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (b).
