Appellant was tried before a jury and found guilty of simple battery and obstruction of a police officer. His motion for new trial was denied and he appeals.

Construed most strongly in support of the verdict, the evidence adduced at trial authorized the following findings: The police department of the City of Sylvester received a report of a family disturbance. In response to this report, two officers were dispatched to the scene. When the officers arrived at the address, appellant was standing outside the residence.
