In this case plaintiffs, Richard and Constance Davis, allege that the defendant debt collection agency, Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, LLC [Creditors Interchange], and its defendant employees violated the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act [FDCPA], 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., by engaging in unlawful debt collection practices. The plaintiffs also assert an Ohio state law claim for invasion of privacy. Jurisdiction over the FDCPA claim is proper under 15 U.S.C. § 1692k(d), and supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claim is proper under…
