This Adversary proceeding relates to the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy proceeding by Kids Creek Partners, L.P. (“Debtor” or “KCPLP”) under Title 11 U.S.C. In it, the Chapter 7 Trustee, David Herzog (“Trustee” or “Plaintiff”), has sued Leighton Holdings, Ltd. (“Leighton”), Cecil R. McNab (“McNab”), Rafael Rios-Rodriguez (“Rios”), and Robin A.
