On May 21, 1998, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the Debtors (the “Committee”) commenced the above-captioned adversary proceeding against Austin Financial Services, Inc. (“Austin”) and Yehochai Schneider a/k/a Joseph Schneider (“Schneider”).
