Commonwealth v. Bolduc

During the evening of August 27, 1978, the Boston police interrupted a holdup of a restaurant in the Dorchester district of Boston. A “chaotic” 1 shootout ensued which ended with the capture of two of the participants in the holdup 2 and the wounding of the third participant, who escaped from the scene.
