Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court

Decided June 11, 1981PublishedCited by 7 opinions

1Opinion of the CourtWilkins, J.

We reverse the defendant’s convictions because the judge obliged the defendant to disclose the names of his potential witnesses in the presence of the jury at the *745commencement of the trial and the defendant ultimately elected not to call three of the four disclosed, potential witnesses.
