Plaintiffs William Cole (“Cole”), Hal Hubuschman (“Hubuschman”) and Linda Levy (“Levy”) (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) have moved to remand their shareholder derivative actions (the “Removed Actions”)1 to the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Mateo (the “California State Court”), pursuant to 28 U.S.C. .§ 1447(c).
