This matter is before the Court on motions filed by Credit Suisse First Boston LLC (now Credit Suisse Securities LLC) to dismiss the claims made against it in this multi-district litigation. Credit Suisse served as lead underwriter of the NPF VI, Inc. and NPF XII, Inc. securitization programs.
