An automobile, the property of R. E. Ramer, occupied by Mrs. Rosa E. Ramer (wife of R. J. Ramer) and Mrs. Christine Barton (wife of J. E. Barton) and driven by Mrs. Barton, collided with an automobile driven by the defendant, Eloyd Hughes, on a highway of Greenville County. For the damages alleged to have been sustained as a result of this collision, four separate actions were brought against the defendant, Hughes. R. J.
