ON MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

{¶ 1} Relator, Redan R. Norman, commenced this original action requesting a writ of mandamus ordering respondent Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, to rule on several motions he filed with the court in case No. 98CR-2661. Franklin County Common Pleas Court Judge Crawford answered the complaint and subsequently filed a motion for summary judgment. The motion was supported by an affidavit from Dorothy G.
