Plaintiff Mooney has appealed from a judgment in which her claim to certain real property was denied and that of defendants Shields was confirmed as to a portion of the property in dispute.

In order to better understand the rather involved factual situation presented, we have reproduced a map * used at the pretrial conference to illustrate the contentions of the parties.
