HELMICK, District Judge.

I. Introduction. Plaintiffs-Appellants Tywana Pittman, TaTanisha Smith, and Reshonda Atkins appeal the district court’s order granting the motion of Defendant-Appellee Spectrum Health System for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12(c). Appellants are employees of Spectrum and provide home health care services. Appellants allege Spectrum discriminated against them on the basis of their race and assert claims under state and federal law.
