The statement for the judgment by confession entered herein shows that on February 5, 1924, respondents John Y. O’Keefe and Margaret O’Keefe executed a conditional sales agreement providing for the payment of $550 for a certain piano purchased by them from appellant, and which was to be paid for in installments.
