In an action, inter alia, for a declaration that a certain judgment is not a lien on the premises owned by the plaintiff, she appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 16, 1978, which denied her motion for summary judgment (1) upon her causes of action and (2) upon defendant’s counterclaim.
