Ballard v. Clark County

P iER CURIAM.

Petitioners Teresa Ballard, Kenisha Bryant, and Cheryl King petition this court for a writ of prohibition to prevent the Clark County Circuit Court from ruling on a motion to strike their notice of appeal. We grant the motion to expedite consideration of this matter, and we grant the petition for writ of prohibition, and order that the writ be issued.
