MEMORANDUM ORDER
REBECCA BEACH SMITH, District Judge.
Pending before the court is the Plaintiffs Rule 72(a) Objection to Magistrate Judge Miller’s Order Denying Plaintiff Leave to Amend Complaint (“Plaintiffs Objection”). For the reasons stated below, the court OVERRULES the Plaintiffs Objection and AFFIRMS the order of the magistrate judge.
