MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, Senior District Judge.
The case comes before the court on the plaintiffs objections (Dk.166) to the magis trate judge’s orders filed February 22, 2002, (Dks. 164 and 165). The defendants have filed a memorandum opposing the defendant’s objections. (Dk.167).
The district judge shall consider objections to a magistrate judge’s order on nondispositive pretrial matters and “shall modify or set aside any portion of the magistrate judge’s order found to be clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Fed.
