This matter comes before the court upon the objections and appeal of plaintiff and third-party defendants (collectively, “movants”) of the decision by the magistrate judge denying their motion for leave to amend the complaint (DE # 65). 1 The court has considered the briefings presented by the parties to the magistrate judge as well as movants’ objections to the magistrate judge’s order.
