Tbis is an appeal from a decree denying plaintiff’s prayer to bave a deed set aside on the theory that it was obtained by nndne influence,, lack of consideration, and fraud.

In 1954 plaintiff and her now deceased husband,. Ovid Straith, a retired inspector of the Detroit police department, were the owners of a house and lot on Forrer avenue in the city of Detroit, a cottage at Portage lake, Michigan, valued, according to plaintiff’s pleadings, at $30,000, and 2 bank accounts with balances aggregating approximately $3,000.
