This writ of error challenges the lawfulness of the decision and order of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the Commission. Plaintiffs in error will be referred to as such or by name.

Pursuant to statutory procedure, the order of the Commission was reviewed on certiorari by the Denver District Court, and judgment was entered upholding the decision and order of the Commission. We are asked to reverse the judgment of the trial court and to declare the decision of the Commission null and void on a variety of grounds, which may be summed up as…
