Loveland Camp No. 83, Woodmen of the World, William G. McGeorge and John H. Popp, for themselves and all other members of said camp, were plaintiffs in an action in the district court of Larimer county against the Woodmen Building and Benevolent Association, a corporation, U. O. Chambers and J. D. Biker, defendants.
