Plaintiff Sylvia I. Carlson brought an action seeking an injunction, damages and a decree for forfeiture of certain lands in Grand County, Colorado. She alleged breach of a restrictive covenant contained in a plat of the subdivision of the land involved and sold by the plaintiff to the defendant.
