This is an appeal from a trial court judgment granting rescission of a contract for the purchase of a dry-cleaning business. Defendants assign error to the trial court’s findings of fraud and breach of contract, to the grant of rescission, and to various aspects of the restitution award. We write only to address whether defendants are entitled to additional offsets and whether plaintiffs are entitled to prejudgment interest.
