At the October 1942 term of this court, we affirmed a judgment of the circuit court of Du Page county for $7,500 against Peter Ancatean in favor of the Trust Company of Chicago as administrator of the estate of Albert Goodman, deceased, on account of the death of the plaintiff’s intestate, resulting from an automobile accident in which three persons riding on the rear seat of the automobile driven by Peter Aneateau were killed.
