GRUENDER, Circuit Judge.
Andre Pope (“Pope”) appeals the decision of the district court 1 granting summary judgment to ESA Services, Inc. (“ESA”), on his claims of employment discrimination based on race, retaliation, violation of the Minnesota Whistleblower Act, and defamation. On appeal, Pope contends that there was sufficient material evidence on each claim such that a reasonable jury could find in his favor. We affirm the district court’s summary judgment in favor of ESA on all claims.
