Disciplinary proceedings have been instituted against the Respondent, Craig W. McCoy, OBA # 10180, on nine counts of professional misconduct. The Respondent never answered the complaints against him, or responded in any manner to the proceedings, despite having been given ample notice and opportunity. The Respondent did not appear at the healing before the Professional Responsibility Tribunal, nor did he file a brief with this Court.
