{1 Complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association (the Bar), filed a complaint pursuant to Rule 6 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP), 5 0.$8.2001, Ch. 1, App. 1-A,1 against Respondent, Joe Richard Pass-more, II, on March 25, 2011. The complaint contains six counts alleging, infer alia, that Respondent failed to represent his clients by discontinuing all contact with them.
