Petitioner seeks a writ directing the Superior Court in and for the County of Stanislaus to desist from any further proceedings against it in a personal injury action brought against it and others by Peggy Bernice Barnes and to vacate an order denying petitioner’s motion to quash the substituted service of summons made on it in said action.
