Appellant Doris Harris slipped and fell while shopping for groceries in appellee’s store. She then sued appellee for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of the fall. At trial the jury returned a verdict in appellee’s favor. Judgment was entered upon the verdict dismissing the action and awarding costs and attorney’s fees to ap-pellee.
