The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant upon a penal bond executed by him as surety of August G-uenther, conditioned for the payment to the plaintiff of the sum of $624 per year as alimony for the support and maintenance of herself and her daughters, to be paid in twelve equal installments of $52 each, on the 22d day of each month in the year; such payments to be made until the further order of the county court of the county of Milwaukee.
