George P. Trejo, Jr., appeals the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Disciplinary Board’s (Board) recommendation that he be suspended from the practice of law for three months. The WSBA charged Trejo with three counts of misconduct arising out of his trust accounting procedures and lack of oversight of a nonlawyer assistant. Trejo accepts responsibility for each of j these counts.
