This is an action in which appellant,. a banking corporation, filed in the trial court three separate paragraphs of complaint, in each of which, respectively, it sought to recover on a note held by it as assignee.

The notes sued on are in substance the same, except as to amount and date of maturity, and this difference also distinguishes thé several paragraphs of complaint, so that, for the purposes of the questions presented by the appeal, it. will be sufficient to indicate *64the substance of the first note and the paragraph of complaint based thereon. Such note is as follows:
