This is an opinion on rehearing. The defendants have appealed from a judgment which ivas rendered against them in a suit on a promissory note. It is claimed the court erred in refusing to allow the defendants a credit on the note in the amount of $850, which is the aggregate sum of seven alleged forged checks which were paid by the bank and charged against the defendants’ account therein.
