MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOYCE HENS GREEN, District Judge.
This is an action for negligence under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. Before the Court is defendant’s motion to dismiss the case on the basis of forum non conveniens, or, in the alternative, to transfer it to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
