OPINION
STANLEY S. HARRIS, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendants’ motion to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Upon consideration of the motion, plaintiffs’ opposition thereto, and the entire .record herein, the Court concludes that defendants’ motion should be granted.
