OPINION
GREEN, Justice.
This accelerated appeal arises from the trial court’s denial of the special appearances of Magnolia Gas Company and MKP Production Company. See Tex. Civ. PeaC. & Rem.Code ANN. § 51.014(a)(7) (Vernon Supp.1998). Because we hold the trial court lacked jurisdiction over Magnolia and MKP, we reverse its order and dismiss the case against them.
