Facts

Lee Castro and Felix Barragan (collectively, “Castro”) brought suit against the MGM Grand Hotel (‘MGM”) for injuries they sustained at MGM’s hotel in Las Vegas while attending the June 1997 Holy-field-Tyson fight. MGM is a Nevada corporation whose principle place of business is in Las Vegas, Nevada. MGM contested personal jurisdiction through special appearance.
