1Opinion of the Court

LEE YEAKEL, Justice.

This is an appeal arising from the district court’s sustaining appellees’ special appearance. 1 The sole issue on appeal is whether Texas courts can assert in 'per-sonam jurisdiction over a Nevada corporation in a suit concerning termination of its relationship with a Texas corporation. Ap-pellees International Game Technology and IGT specially appeared challenging the district court’s personal jurisdiction. The district court sustained their special appearance and dismissed appellant Tele-Ventures, Inc.’s suit for want of jurisdiction. We will affirm.
