Appellant is under conviction and sentence in the Court of Quarter Sessions of Butler County under a hill of indictment containing counts charging that within the jurisdiction of that court and without first having obtained a certificate of licensure from the Board of Medical Education and Licensure, as required by the Act of June 3,1911, P.
