MCMAHON, District Judge.

Plaintiff David Ackerman, a member of Local Union 363 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, brings this action for damages, alleging that his union negligently failed to supervise and enforce the terms of the collective bargaining agreement in force between Local Union 363 and Plaintiffs employer, Warde Electric.
