GARLAND, Circuit Judge.

The defendant in this case pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base. He now seeks to vacate his sentence on the ground that his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to accurately advise him of his sentencing range under the United States Sentencing Guidelines. Assuming without deciding that counsel’s representation was deficient, we conclude that the defendant was not prejudiced by that deficiency. We therefore affirm the district court’s denial of his…
